Can I include emojis with my posts?

Yes. You can set an emoji in the title and text body of your post by copying an emoji icon directly into the text boxes.

Oops, I created a post with an error or incorrect information. Can I edit it?

This capability is coming soon. For the time being, we recommend you hide the post that you don’t wish to display, and simply create a new one within your Quick Post app. Click Show to allow the post to be shown again.

I wish to delete one of my posts in my Quick Post app instance. How can this be done?

At this moment, it is not possible to delete a post. You can simply click Hide to ensure the post does not display on your screens. Click Show to allow the post to be shown again.

I added an image and a link to my post. Why is the link not included as a QR code?

Only an image can be displayed with a post if you have added both an image and a link for it. Please simply include either an image or a link along with your text to resolve this, and have them display one after the other.

Is the Quick Post app able to be used in a ticker tape zone as scrolling text?

Yes. If you are setting up your Quick Post app to scroll along at the bottom in a ticker tape or footer zone, you will only need to use the title text as you create a post for the app.

The PDF document I uploaded for the AI to generate a summary was not successful and resulted in a “something went wrong” error message. Why did this happen?

This happens if the PDF file is too large and contains more than 10 pages. The limit for the AI summarization for the Quick Post app is 10 pages. In addition, the summarization can only assess up to 10,000 words.
