ScreenCloud's story
Launched in London in 2015, ScreenCloud was founded by three friends and agency owners: David Hart, Luke Hubbard, and Mark McDermott. After a decade of service-based work at their agency, Codegent, the team recognized that digital signage was a fragmented industry ripe for optimization. They pivoted from building software for others to creating ScreenCloud, a solution designed to make screen communication accessible, reliable, and truly scalable.
From the outset, ScreenCloud has focused on solving the operational hurdles that hold IT teams back. This mission led us to develop our own proprietary hardware and a custom, signage-first operating system. By launching the Station P1 Pro and the affordable PIXI media player, we moved beyond software to provide a full-stack solution where hardware, security and RDM (Remote Device Management) work in total sync.
As the platform has evolved, so has our footprint. Today, ScreenCloud is a global operation with offices in London, Bangkok, Belfast, Charlotte and Los Angeles. As a leading enterprise-grade solution, we manage thousands of screens for a growing roster of global organizations, proving that signage can be secure, sophisticated and, most importantly, simple to manage at scale.
