Text Formatting: Better Structure, Greater Readability

Quick Post now includes text formatting to improve on-screen readability, allowing your audience to quickly scan and absorb key points. By breaking content into manageable sections using line breaks or bullet points, you can ensure the information is clear and easy to consume, while personalizing it to look exactly as intended.

Emphasize key points using bold, italic, underlined, or strikethrough text.

Break up content with line breaks, bullet points, numbered lists, and quote blocks.

Highlight key information to make important messages stand out.

Type or paste your content into the text box (e.g., "Important Safety Reminder: Wear Your Hardhats").

Apply text formatting to add emphasis or make your content easier to read. Use bullet points to break down important details.

Upload an image using the “Include Media” option to visually complement the text.

Paste a URL into the "Include URL for additional information" field if you want to link to a website. Quick Post will automatically generate a QR code for easy access to detailed content.

Preview the post to see how it will appear on screen.

Once satisfied, hit "Create" to finalize your screen-ready post.

Quick Post now allows you to generate a QR code from uploaded PDF or Word documents used in the text summarizer. This feature gives your audience easy access to the full document for additional information — there’s no need to upload files to third-party platforms or create public URLs. It also ensures secure distribution of files across your digital signage network.

By scanning the QR code, viewers can download detailed resources, reports, or documents that complement your on-screen content. This is ideal for sharing in-depth information while keeping the content on your screens concise.

One important feature is that the QR code is not static—it refreshes whenever the content is brought back onto the screens or when the app refreshes. This ensures enhanced security by preventing a static QR code from being permanently associated with a document.

This happens if the PDF file is too large and contains more than 10 pages. The limit for the AI summarization for the Quick Post app is 10 pages. In addition, the summarization can only assess up to 10,000 words.

The PDF document I uploaded for the AI to generate a summary was not successful and resulted in a “something went wrong” error message. Why did this happen?

Yes. If you are setting up your Quick Post app to scroll along at the bottom in a ticker tape or footer zone, you will only need to use the title text as you create a post for the app.

Is the Quick Post app able to be used in a ticker tape zone as scrolling text?

Yes. You can set an emoji in the title and text body of your post by copying an emoji icon directly into the text boxes.

This capability is coming soon. For the time being, we recommend you hide the post that you don’t wish to display, and simply create a new one within your Quick Post app. Click Show to allow the post to be shown again.

Oops, I created a post with an error or incorrect information. Can I edit it?

At this moment, it is not possible to delete a post. You can simply click Hide to ensure the post does not display on your screens. Click Show to allow the post to be shown again.

I wish to delete one of my posts in my Quick Post app instance. How can this be done?

Only an image can be displayed with a post if you have added both an image and a link for it. Please simply include either an image or a link along with your text to resolve this, and have them display one after the other.

I added an image and a link to my post. Why is the link not included as a QR code?
