We’re thrilled to introduce our new Zoom Rooms Player, replacing our previous Zoom Rooms integration. This enhanced player makes it easier and more reliable to display digital signage content with ScreenCloud on your Zoom Rooms-powered screens when they’re not in use for Zoom calls.

• Persistent Screen Pairing: Our new Zoom Rooms Player ensures that your screen pairing remains intact even when the Zoom Rooms app is updated. By allowing you to create a unique URL for each Zoom Rooms instance, your screens stay securely paired without interruption.
• Clear Cache Support: The updated player now includes support for clearing cache, enhancing performance and ensuring your content stays fresh and up-to-date.

How to use the new Zoom Rooms app

If you have screens set up using our previous Zoom Rooms integration, you’ll want to migrate your screens to use our new Zoom Rooms player instead. To do this, follow the steps under the “Update the URL in your Zoom Room” section of this help article.
