It can be a nice touch to end with what’s next. Reinforce what the business is working toward and what teams can expect in the coming weeks or months. If there are challenges, be open about it. If the company is seeking investment or to acquire another company, perhaps these can be mentioned as potential goals. 

Because the company all hands is an opportunity to share some high level information with your entire staff, you'll need to have a clear agenda. Information needs to be disseminated efficiently and in an engaging manner.
