To show a Business Feed for Facebook feed, you have to verify that you have admin access to the page. This is achieved through logging in and selecting the page that you wish to share within your display.

Certain videos won't play on screen, how can I fix this?

Accepted Answer

If a video is uploaded on Facebook with certain permissions, then the app will not be able to play this content on screen. For example, if the upload removed its ability to be embedded, auto-play, and set age restrictions, then Facebook will block the video from playing on all other apps and services. If you own the video and none of the above is applicable, please reach out to our support team for more information.

Why is my GIF displaying as a still image?

Currently, the app has GIF support for GIFs submitted using the GIPHY feature on Facebook. GIFs uploaded outside of this feature will display as still images. This is due to a limitation as part of the Meta API

I want to remove ScreenCloud's connection to my Facebook account. How can I do this?

In your Facebook account, navigate through Settings & Privacy > Business Integrations and click the Remove button for the ScreenCloud Apps active connection.

Why is my video not playing?

Accepted Answer

ScreenCloud has imposed a video duration limit of 5 minutes, any videos that exceed this will not play back and instead will display the thumbnail as an image.
